These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern all purchases made through cooltechshit.ca. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing. If a pricing error is identified after your order is placed, we will contact you before processing payment.
Orders are processed through Stripe, Inc. By placing an order, you authorize CTS to charge the payment method on file for the total order amount including applicable taxes and shipping. Orders are confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Orders shipped to Canadian addresses are subject to applicable federal (GST/HST) and provincial sales taxes. Tax amounts will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
All CTS chargers come with a 1-Year Limited Warranty. Please see our Warranty Policy for full details on coverage, exclusions, and claim procedures.
Portable chargers (CTS11010, CTS120050, CTS130050) require a compatible NEMA outlet and standard household electrical circuit. The CTS132001 wallmount charger requires installation by a licensed electrician. CTS is not responsible for damages resulting from improper installation, use of incompatible electrical infrastructure, or failure to comply with local electrical codes. Always consult a licensed electrician if you are unsure about your home's electrical capacity.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CTS's total liability to you for any claim arising from the purchase or use of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta.
